We visited this on 19th Feb 2024 and perhaps we'd arrived a bit early (5pm) but couldn't find anything to eat, NOTHING!
Just loads and loads of clothes and trinket stalls. We ended up going to one of the small restaurants opposite.

We had a good and local traditional experience here. Friendly and welcoming staff, got to try weaving ourselves and got treated with butterfly pea tea.

Wo chose it because at 30k kip it is reasonable value compared to tourist traps and expensive alternatives like contemporary art museum at 100k kip

The facilities in the hotel were closest to Bali
The inside is pretty so I highly recommend it to parents.
The restaurant is very delicious (khao soi, fried fish)
There is no particular view from the room.
The hotel’s free tuk-tuk was also nice

Food took a long time to come out despite it being pretty quiet. I ordered the curry fried rice and phat-see-ew. Curry fried rice was absolutely delicious, however the noodles were very underwhelming - unusual combination of vegetables and also the dish was far too salty. My partner ordered the vegetables with cashew nuts which was again far too salty

Yes it is a bit of a construction sight right now and there are not too many bathrooms. But they were clean at all times. It is an amazing place thats just gonna be so perfect once its finished Sammy is a great host and spreads a good mood at all times. I met many cool people there and spent way more days in the tent then I planned for

Attention.
Always ask the price first.
I ordered a Lao coffee which generally costs 10,000 kips and there they made me pay 30,000 kips for a classic coffee without milk on top of that.
I can only recommend avoiding this place so as not to have any unpleasant surprises.

It is not a new property. Excellent value for the money you pay. Nearby hotels with less facilities (Elevator, Breakfast, daily cleaning, etc) charges 50 to 100% more than this hotel.
Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff.
Location: The property is close to the night market and various tourist attractions. It appeared to be a safe location, with lots of hotels and restaurants in the vicinity. Convenience stores (two of them) are within walking distance and they are open till late. A wash and dry laundry service is right in front oft of the hotel. There is a park for walking and to do exercise within about 100 m from the hotel. Major part of this park becomes the night market in the evening and beyond it is the river front with several food stalls and a children’s park.
Room: Cleaned daily with towel changes and free water bottles. The room was very clean and maintained clean. Spacious, more than enough space between the wall and the bed.
Hot Water: Centralized water heating system. Hot water takes a couple of minutes of running before you get hot water. It is available in the shower/bathtub as well as in the sink.
Air Condition: No noise issues and functioned well.
TV: TV is not flat screen. Various channels including a few English channels. However, most of the channels, the screen is “grainy” and not clear.
Balcony: The balcony is comparatively bigger than in most hotels, however there is no chair or table on the balcony.
Wardrobe / Closet: adequate hangars and storage space provided in the wardrobe
Food: The hotel has a restaurant but this is used only for the free breakfast and no other meals are served in this restaurant. However, there are several restaurants within the vicinity serving local and international food. Almost all of them are pocket friendly too.
Soundproof: Reasonably soundproof. I could not hear people in the next room. The room was facing the road in front of the hotel, but there was no noise issues from th traffic or people walking around.
WiFi: Strong signal inside the room. No issues experienced during my stay.
Refrigerator: A reasonably sized refrigerator is provided.
Microwave: None
Kettle / Coffee/ Tea: None provided in the room.
Bathroom: combined toilet and bath area.toiletries are provided and towels are changed every day. The lighting in the bathroom is good for shaving. The bathtub’s grouting is done a bit crudely, giving it a poor appearance.
Socket near bed: Provided and you can also switch off the room lights from the bed.
Breakfast: Provided free in the hotel. However, if you are staying for a long period, it may be an issue as the menu was the same for the few days that I had stayed. However, it is more than worth the money you pay for the room.
Elevator: The elevator needs a coat of paint. Understand that the elevator company has been dragging their feet a bit to get this job done. The hotel has 5 floors and one elevator services these floors. There was no issues with the speed or waiting time.

Decent food in the middle of the tourist strip.they have some board games to keep you occupied while you wait, because the wait is real.our food took an hour to make.seems like they take their sweet time in the kitchen.the food itself was quite good.the rice with eggplant was surprisingly good.

I consulted for a prolonged fever lasting more than 4 days. She examined me, told me that everything was normal, negative Covid and flu test.only told me that it was a virus and that it would go away in 3 days.her advice: stop the amoxicillin and the paracetamol to let the fever do its work.obviously I listened to his advice for 24 hours and took paracetamol again. 3 days after no progress I was treated much better in the international hospital of Paksé where I also paid a lot cheaper.in short I think it depends on who you come across but they play on the French side and only one general practitioner speaks French and only on Saturdays… so disappointing
